How We
Started
HDF Engineering Group was founded on the same entrepreneurial spirit that inspired many great companies — starting in a garage with the dream of an immigrant engineer determined to build something meaningful. From that first project to our current headquarters in Miami, every step has been driven by one principle: deliver quality engineering that our clients can trust.

Founded in Miami. Started in a garage, driven by the dream of building something meaningful.

First professional office. +250 projects delivered, first multifamily developments.

Team expanded to +10 engineering professionals.

New headquarters at 12930 SW 128th St, Suite 204 A1, Miami FL. Martha McNicholas PE joins as VP Engineering.

Every project begins with a conversation. We review your architectural plans, define the scope of engineering services needed, and identify potential challenges early — so there are no surprises later.

Design & Engineering
We design with precision and coordination.
Our multidisciplinary team develops the engineering drawings, calculations, and specifications required for your project. Every discipline is coordinated internally — MEP, Fire Protection, and Fire Alarm working as one.

Permit-Ready Engineering Plans & Calculations
STEP 3
Permitting & Documentation
We prepare everything for permit approval.
We compile a complete permit package and manage the submission process with the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). Our documents are built to pass inspection the first time.

STEP 4
Construction Support
We stay involved through construction.
Our support doesn't end at permit approval. We respond to RFIs, review submittals, and conduct site visits during construction to ensure every system is installed exactly as designed.
